Step 2: Make an Appointment With our Certified to recommend physician
Call us today at 330-619-5250 to make an appointment with one of our Physicians to start the certification process. Once they confirm that you have a qualifying condition, they will create your profile in the Patient and Caregiver Registry.
Step 3: Click on the Patient Registry Link in Your Email
Check your email for an activation link to the Patient Registry where you will create an account. The activation link will be active for 90 days. However, you can only click on it once. After that, you will use the sign-in portal at the Ohio Medical Marijuana Registry.
Step 4: Register at the Ohio Medical Marijuana Portal
All patients and caregivers must register with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy. Your email automatically becomes your username, so you will only need to create a password and select your time zone. Once you do this, complete the application in your patient profile. You will return to the Patient Registry Portal whenever you want to login after this point.
Step 5: Pay for your patient id
Once you register, pay the $50 annual patient fee or $25 caregiver fee for your Ohio medical marijuana card (patients with indigent and veteran status may qualify for reductions). After you receive your card, you can visit dispensaries and purchase medical cannabis products.
Step 6: Visit an Ohio Medical Marijuana Dispensary
After receiving your Patient and Caregiver Registry card, you may purchase medical marijuana from an approved Ohio dispensary approved by the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
